It feels like yesterday that I wrote the first blog-post here, a whole year ago since we re-opened!
From your feedback it seems that you appreciate the new premises and enjoy visiting, seeing pieces in situ with greater space and light surrounding. Thank you for your continued support and custom.
I am writing this to let you know that the shop will be closed for a month from March 6th until April 6th 2018. This is partly as I will be travelling Europe for a few weeks, buying along the way, and also because no.21 is going to be utilised by Mission Life Force (www.missionlifeforce.org) for a two week exhibition.
Launching a new fundraising initiative, they are inviting all of us to sign up as earth protectors, thereby funding the creation of a law making ecocide an international crime. Through this we can support safeguarding our landscapes and communities for future generations, and work towards bringing to an end the destructive cycle of environmental harm.
Two photographers and an illustrator are contributing to the exhibition which will also introduce a talented local sculptor (more about this to follow). It promises to be an exciting and thought-provoking event.
The exhibition is running from March 16th – March 31st 2018, with a private view on Wednesday 15th 6pm – 9pm to which you are warmly invited.
Do call by and see what is happening, and tell family and friends.
